ORDER DENYING MOTION OF DOT PLANET.COM, INC. FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY


Upon consideration of the motion, dated September 6, 2002, of Dot Planet.com, Inc. for Relief from the Automatic Stay to Assert Counterclaim as Setoff in Arbitration Proceeding (the "Motion"), the objection of the Debtors thereto, and the joinder of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors therein, for the reasons stated on the record on December 17, 2002, at the hearing on the Motion, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Motion is denied without prejudice.
