ORDER

On or about December 2, 2003, defendants moved to dismiss claims inNorthwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. v. Ebbers, 03 Civ. 9824. The plaintiff opposed the motion on December 22, without including any proposed amended pleadings; but on January 8, served an amended pleading. The defendants' January 9, 2004 reply papers did not address the amended pleadings; it appears that these pleadings had not yet been received by the defendants. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that plaintiff shall submit by January 31, 2004, any supplement it wishes to make to its opposition to the motion to dismiss based on the amended pleadings of January 9.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants shall reply by February 7, 2004.

SO ORDERED.
