Defendants Salomon Smith Barney, Inc., Citigroup Inc. and Jack Grubman having moved to sever Counts IX through XI of the consolidated complaint from all other claims contained in In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation (the "Securities Litigation"), it is hereby

ORDERED that oral argument on the motion to sever shall be heard on February 13, 2002, at 4:00 p.m. at the United States Court House, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, in Courtroom 11B.
