DENISE COTE, District Judge

On September 8, 2004, Bert C. Roberts ("Roberts") opposed Starr Excess Liability Insurance International Limited's ("Starr Excess") motion to dismiss No. 04 Civ. 4089 and cross-moved to enjoin or stay arbitration of this matter in Bermuda. It is hereby

ORDERED that Star Excess' reply in support of its motion to dismiss and its opposition to Roberts' cross motion are to be submitted by September 24, 2004.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Roberts' reply in support of his cross motion to enjoin or stay arbitration is due by October 1.
