ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend respondent-appellant's time for filing of brief due to non-production of transcript is GRANTED. Within 14 days after the date of this order the trial court shall order that a transcript of the May 10, 2021 proceeding in this matter be prepared and file with this Court an amended claim of appeal and order appointing appellate counsel form showing that a transcript of the May 10, 2021 proceeding has been ordered. Further, appellant's brief shall be due 21 days after the filing of the May 10, 2021 transcript with the trial court.
The Court of Appeals Clerk's Office shall send copies of this order to the Clerk's Office of the Livingston Circuit Court - Juvenile Division and to Judge Miriam A. Cavanaugh.
