ORDER

¶ 1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Madsen and Justices Owens, Stephens, González and Yu, considered this matter at its July 7, 2015, Motion Calendar, and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶ 2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶ 3 That the Petitioner's Motion for Discretionary Review is granted. The Motion and Declaration to Amend Appendix A to attach the amended Declaration of Phillip Chase is also granted. This case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of the Chase declaration.
