DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Marcia Leigh Williams, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 18, 1994, under the name Marcia Ajayi-Obe, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marcia Williams Cain.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Marcia Leigh Williams to Marcia Williams Cain, effective immediately.
