Opinion

No. 05-04-01114-CV

Opinion issued August 20, 2004.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-04-02410-C.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in compelling arbitration. The facts are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Further, because all dispositive issues are clearly settled in law, we issue this memorandum opinion pursuant to rule 52.8(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(d). Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show the trial court abused its discretion in compelling arbitration. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
