MEMORANDUM OPINION


In this petition for writ of mandamus, the facts and the issues are well known to the parties. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show that he does not have an adequate remedy at law and that he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
