Jeffrey Getting (P43227) Prosecuting Attorney

Robert Reilman (P72783) Attorney for Defendant

MOTION TO WITHDRAW MOTION FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE

Robert Reilman, appointed counsel for Appellant, Bailey Cutler, moves this Court to withdraw his motion for further guidance on his representation on the following grounds:

1. Mr. Reilman filed a motion for further guidance with this Court on October 19 on the grounds that he has been unable to contact Baily Cutler, the appellant.
2. Ms. Cutler has contacted Mr. Reilman from a new, previously unknown number, on October 21, and a client meeting has been conducted.
3. The concern about proceeding on appeal without client contact is no longer an issue.

Therefore, Mr. Reilman moves this Court to withdraw his motion for further guidance.
