Order to show cause issued, returnable in Superior Court

The Sheriff of Los Angeles County is ordered to show cause before the Los Angeles County Superior Court, when the matter is placed on calendar, why a condition requiring petitioner to show proof of registration pursuant to Penal Code section 290 could properly be added to petitioner's terms of bail absent a change in circumstances and without proper notice and an opportunity to be heard. (Gray v. Superior Court (2005) 125 Cal.App.4th 629, 643-644.) Petitioner's application for a stay is denied.

Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
