ORDER

Before Justices Myers, Molberg, and Evans

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relator's March 17, 2020 petition for writ of mandamus in part. We ORDER that Gracie Lewis, Judge of Criminal District Court No. 3 of Dallas County, Texas, make a written ruling on relator's November 19, 2019 third motion for judgment nunc pro tunc within twenty-one days of the date of this order. We also ORDER the trial court to file with this Court, within thirty days of the date of this order, a certified copy of its written ruling in compliance with this order and the Court's opinion of this date. Should the trial court fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.
