Supreme Court Case Nos. 19S-DI-81 19S-DI-141 19S-DI-220

10-10-2019

In the MATTER OF: Cody R. WILLIAMS, Respondent

Published Order Certifying Termination of Noncooperation Suspensions in These Cases Only

Pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23 (10.1)(c), this Court suspended Respondent from the practice of law in this State for failing to cooperate with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission concerning grievances, Nos. 19-0750, 19-0806, and 19-1085 , filed against Respondent. On October 9, 2019, the Executive Director of the Disciplinary Commission filed a "Certification of Compliance" in each of the three above-captioned cases stating that Respondent has now cooperated with the underlying investigations. Pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23 (10.1)(c)(3), Respondent's suspension from the practice of law imposed in these three cases terminated as of the date the certifications were filed.

The Court therefore ORDERS that Respondent's suspension from the practice of law in DI-81, DI-141, and DI-220, be shown as terminated as of October 9, 2019. Respondent's suspension ordered in other cases remains in effect, and Respondent shall not be shown as reinstated to the practice of law in this state until all causes for suspension are cured.
