Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Because the petition for writ of mandamus concerns the same matters addressed in relators recently dismissed appeals, we direct the clerk of court to transfer the records from appellate cause numbers 05-15-01471-CR, 05-15-01472-CR, 05-15-01473-CR, and 05-15-01474-CR to the corresponding mandamus case. Based on the court's opinion of this date, we DENY the petition for writ of mandamus. We ORDER relator to bear the costs, if any, of this original proceeding.
