MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
Relator Willis Floyd Wiley has petitioned this court for mandamus relief complaining that the trial court has failed to rule on his motion for a judgment nunc pro tunc. The trial court has now ruled on the motion, which rendered Relator's mandamus petition moot. Accordingly, Relator's petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed.Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.

ON THIS DAY came to be heard the petition for writ of mandamus filed by WILLIS FLOYD WILEY, who is the relator in Cause No. 28,322, pending on the docket of the 3rd Judicial District Court of Anderson County, Texas. Said petition for writ of mandamus having been filed herein on September 2, 2011, and the same having been duly considered, because it is the opinion of this Court that this writ of mandamus should not issue, it is therefore CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the said petition for writ of mandamus be, and the same is, hereby DISMISSED.
