ORDER GRANTING SECOND STIPULATION FOR CONTINUANCE OF HEARING ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY AND TO EXTEND TIME TO ANSWER


Upon consideration of the stipulation by and between Christina M. Korenstra and Barbara Kate Dabbs, movants, and David J. Wiemer, debtor/respondent, for the postponement of the hearing on the motion for relief scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2008, and the extension of time to answer the motion, and good cause having been shown, it is this therefore by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland

ORDERED that the hearing on the motion for relief scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2008, be, and the same is hereby, postponed; and be it further

ORDERED that the hearing on the motion for relief be, and the same is hereby, rescheduled to Friday, October 31, 2008; and be it further

ORDERED that the time to answer the motion for relief be, and the same is hereby, extended to October 3, 2008.

SO ORDERED.
