MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, an inmate in the Dallas County Jail, requests this Court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering the Dallas County Sheriff to supply him with more paper. The Court does not have jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus against the Dallas County Sheriff under these facts. Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, the Court DENIES relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
