Opinion

No. 05-09-00614-CV

Opinion issued June 9, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. X09-039-Y.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and FILLMORE.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred by not yet ruling on his "petition for expunction of records." The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
