Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2002-CI-01914, styled Donald P. Weth and Wife, Carolyn M. Weth v. State Farm Lloyds and Engineering and Fire Investigation, Inc., pending in the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Andy Mireles presiding.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On October 17, 2003, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered relators' petition for writ of mandamus regarding the trial court's order denying their motion for rehearing of their objection to the deposition notice and subpoena duces tecum of James D. Bradley and motion for protective order. This court has determined relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.

The clerk of the court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
