ORDER
Having received notice that respondent-appellant has died, the Court, on its own motion, orders this matter REMANDED to the trial court to reconsider the best interest of the children in light of respondent-appellant's death, and if appropriate, vacate the order terminating respondent-appellant's parental rights. MCR 7.216(A)(7).
We do not retain jurisdiction.
