In re Lisa Wellman-Ally (Office of Disciplinary Counsel)

Original Jurisdiction Professional Responsibility Board CASE NO. PRB-123-2023

ENTRY ORDER

In the above-entitled cause, the Clerk will enter:

¶ 1. Disciplinary Counsel has filed notice that in a May 31, 2023 order, the New Hampshire Supreme Court disbarred respondent Lisa Wellman-Ally from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The parties agree that identical discipline should be imposed in Vermont, effective immediately. They have waived the notice required by Administrative Order 9, Rule 24(B), and both agree that there is no basis to claim that the imposition of identical discipline in Vermont would be unwarranted under A.O. 9, Rule 24(D).

¶ 2. Pursuant to A.O. 9, Rule 24(D), we hereby impose identical discipline and disbar respondent from the practice of law in Vermont, effective upon issuance of this order. Respondent is directed to comply with the notice requirements set forth in A.O. 9, Rule 27.

Respondent is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in Vermont. She is directed to comply with the notice requirements set forth in A.O. 9, Rule 27.

Paul L. Reiber, Chief Justice, Harold E. Eaton, Jr., Associate Justice, Karen R. Carroll, Associate Justice, William D. Cohen, Associate Justice, Nancy J. Waples, Associate Justice
