Upon consideration of the Twelfth Omnibus Objection to Claims (the "Objection") filed by the Weirton Steel Liquidating Trustee ("Liquidating Trustee") on behalf of the Weirton Steel Liquidating Trust (the "Liquidating Trust"); due and proper notice of the Objection having been given; and having determined as stated on the record at the hearing on April 19, 2004, that the legal and factual bases set forth in the Objection establish just cause for the relief granted herein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The relief sought by the Liquidating Trust in the Objection is granted.
2. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Objection.
3. Each of the claims identified on Exhibit "A" to the Objection are expunged as they are provided for under the Retiree Benefits Termination Order and the Effects Agreement.
4. Nothing herein shall bar or preclude further objection to any claim by the Liquidating Trustee.
5. The Liquidating Trustee, the Liquidating Trust and the claims agent, Donlin Recano Company, Inc., are authorized to take all actions necessary or appropriate to give effect to this Order.
