449 ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 24-012, recommending that Marc A. Weinberg of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1990, should be censured for violating RPC 1.1(a) (committing gross neglect) (three instances), RPC 1.4(b) (failing to 450keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and failing to respond to reasonable requests for information) (four instances), RPC 1.4(c) (failing to explain a matter such that a client can make informed decisions) (four instances), RPC 1.5(b) (failing to set forth in writing the basis or rate of the legal fee), and RPC 1.5(c) (failing to set forth in writing the basis or rate of the contingent legal fee);

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Marc A. Weinberg is hereby censured; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a-permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
