ORDER OF COURT

Upon consideration of the Petition for Rule to Show Cause under C.A.R. 21, The Douglas County District Court's Response to the Order and Rule to Show Cause, Kassandra Webb-Galarza's Rule 21 Answer Brief, and the Reply in Support of Petition for Rule to Show Cause Under C.A.R. 21, filed in the above cause, and now being sufficiently advised in the premises,

IT IS ORDERED that the Rule to Show Cause shall be, and the same hereby is, MADE ABSOLUTE. Given the unusual circumstances of this case, the trial court is ORDERED, without additional mediation, to hold a hearing on the Motion to Modify Parenting Time within a reasonable timeframe.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED this case is REMANDED back to the Douglas County District Court for proceedings consistent with this Order.
