Order: (dispositive)
This petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of a capital inmate was filed in this court after October 25, 2017. Pursuant to Penal Code section 1509, subdivision (a), the petition is transferred to the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego.
In issuing this order, the court has not considered the applicability of Penal Code section 1509, subdivision (d) to this petition.
Liu, J., was recused and did not participate.
