Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Warren V. Tryon, Judge.

In the matter of the estate of Katie Richards Wear, deceased. From an order and decree settling the first account of Edward Rolkin, as executor of deceased’s will, contested by Theodore J. Miller and others, the executor appealed, and after his death pending appeal, Arline M. Rolkin and another, executors of his estate, were substituted as appellants.

Affirmed.
