STIPULATION
Now comes Talbot Consulting, LLC, by its attorneys, Jeffrey R. Scholnick and Jeffrey R. Scholnick, PA and Posh Ventures, LLC, by its attorneys, Geoffrey L. Forman and Cohen and Forman, LLC, and respectfully represent unto this court:
1. There has been a question raised as the proper Holder of a Loan secured by real property, 5206 Midwood Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, on a Deed of Trust recorded in Liber FMC 9454 folio 518, in the Land Records of Baltimore City..
2. On Schedule D the Debtor listed Talbot Settlement & Escrow LLC, later corrected to Talbot Consulting, LLC.
3. Letter submitted on behalf of Posh Ventures, LLC with attachments as to chain of title of the ownership of the loan was docketed on May 9, 2011.
After due consideration by Talbot Consulting, LLC and Posh Ventures, LLC it is hereby stipulated this Day of May, 2012 that the correct holder of the forementioned Loan is Posh
Ventures, LLC.
