SUMMARY JUDGMENT


Consistent with the Memorandum Opinion this day entered, the court finding no just cause for delay, and being otherwise fully advised,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's debt to the Plaintiff is non-dischargeable.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff have judgment in the following amounts:

1. $90,000.00 for non-payment of rental installments;

2. $11,180.40 for non-payment of ad valorem taxes; and

3. $20,880.85 for the value of personal property removed from the Plaintiff's property.

This is a final, appealable order.
