Opinion

No. 05-11-00376-CV

Opinion issued April 21, 2011.

Original Proceeding from County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-10-08240-a.

Before Justices MORRIS, FRANCIS, and MYERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this original proceeding, relator appears to contend the trial judge erred in compelling an appraiser, abating and administratively closing the case, and failing to recuse herself or refer relator's recusal motion to the presiding judge of the administrative judicial district. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
