In the Matter of Criminal Contempt Of SCID No. 30099/19 Robert Walters, Esq., Defendant-Appellant.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 7, 2019, which convicted defendant of criminal contempt and directed that he be incarcerated for a period of 30 days, And defendant-appellant pro se having moved, pursuant to CPLR 460.50(4), for an order extending the stay of execution of the judgment, granted by the Hon. Robert Stoltz, Supreme Court, New York County, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2020 Term, and extending the aforesaid stay of execution of the judgment, upon the original terms and conditions, and on the further condition that appellant perfects the appeal for the September 2020 Term.
