HECTOR D. LASALLE, P.J. FRANCESCA E. CONNOLLY CHERYL E. CHAMBERS JANICE A. TAYLOR, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated January 11, 2023. By order to show cause dated March 15, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

LASALLE, P.J., CONNOLLY, CHAMBERS and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
