IN RE THAIRIN ARNELL WALKER, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Thairin Arnell Walker, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking that we compel the trial court to rule on his petition for writ of habeas corpus.

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Thairin Arnell Walker, cause number 05-CR-3241, pending in the 405th District Court of Galveston County, Texas, the Honorable Jared Robinson presiding.

Relator has not presented a sufficient record for this Court to determine whether he is entitled to relief. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992) (relator must provide court with sufficient record to establish right to relief); In re Gomez, 602 S.W.3d 71, 73-74 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 2020, orig. proceeding) (denying petition seeking mandamus relief against trial court judge in criminal case because relator failed to provide sufficient record to establish his entitlement to relief).

Accordingly, we deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Kelly, Goodman, and Countiss. Do not publish. TEX. R. APP. P. 47.2(b).
