Extension of time granted
Based upon Supervising Deputy State Public Defender Hassan Gorguinpour's representation that the reply to informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by January 9, 2023, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to June 6, 2022. After that date, only four further extensions totaling about 216 additional days are contemplated.
