Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; Leon E. Gray, Judge.

In the matter of the estate of Frederick Albert Waits, deceased. From an order denying a motion by the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company to set aside the appointment of Charlotte E. Leet as administratrix of the estate, the railway company appeals.

Affirmed.
