ORDER APPROVING CHAPTER 11 TRUSTEE'S MOTION TO APPROVE SETTLEMENT, SHORTEN TIME TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF ATTORNEYS' FEES FROM SETTLEMENT, AND PAY ATTORNEYS' FEES FROM SETTLEMENT (PROPOSED)

THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Motion of Diana C. Carey, Chapter 11 Trustee, for an Order Approving Settlement of the claim against Crump Insurance Northwest and Steven Heaps (the "Motion"). Based on the Motion, and the records and files herein, the Court finds that good cause has been shown to grant the Motion. NOW, THEREFORE,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. The settlement between the Trustee and Crump Insurance Northwest and Steven Heaps as described in the Motion shall be and hereby is approved;

2. The Trustee is authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to complete the settlement contemplated by the agreement; and

3. The Trustee is authorized and directed to pay her special counsel, Romero Montague P.S., from the proceeds of the Settlement, the sum of $150,000, representing one-third of the sums recovered in the Settlement pursuant to the Order On Trustee's Application to Employ Special Counsel dated March 21, 2003, together with its estimated out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $136.00.
