ORDER ON EX PARTE MOTION FOR ORDER ALLOWING AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES OF THE GRASSMUECK GROUP, CLAIMS AGENT FOR THE ESTATE


THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the motion of the chapter 11 trustee Diana K. Carey ("Trustee") for an order allowing and authorizing her to reimburse the The Grassmueck Group for costs it expended to publish notice of the claims bar date for those creditors receiving priority treatment under 11 U.S.C. § 507(a)(6) ("Customer Deposit Claims") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(4). The Court, having reviewed the pleadings and files herein, including the Motion and Declaration of Michael A. Grassmueck, and finding that good cause for granting the Motion has been shown; now, therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Trustee's Motion is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to reimburse The Grassmueck Group $21,629.53 for costs expended to publish notice of the claims bar date.
