IN MEMORY OF HONORABLE ROBERT C. VITTITOW


PER CURIAM

On October 14, 2011, Hon. Robert C. Vittitow, Circuit Judge, Tenth Judicial Circuit-Retired, died at the age of 70. Judge Vittitow graduated from Tulane Law School and practiced law until he assumed the bench in 1989. He ably served the citizens of the Tenth Judicial Circuit until his retirement in 2008. He distinguished himself on the bench and had the respect and admiration of his fellow judges.

On the sad occasion of his passing, the Arkansas Supreme Court wishes to acknowledge his life of service to the Arkansas legal system and to express our sympathy to his wife, Nancy, and his family.
