STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE OF DEFENDANTS F. HOFFMANN-LA ROCHE LTD: HOFFMANN-LA ROCHE INC.: ROCHE VITAMINS INC.; BASF A.G.: BASF CORPORATION: AVENTIS S.A.: AVENTIS CROPSCIENCE USA INC.: TAKEDA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES. LTD.: TAKEDA VITAMIN FOOD USA INC.: AND EISAI CO., LTD .


In accordance with Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff PFFJ, Inc. ("Plaintiff) and Defendants F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd; Hoffmann-La Roche Inc.; Roche Vitamins Inc.; BASF A.G.; BASF Corporation; Aventis S.A.; Aventis CropScience USA Inc.; Takeda Chemical Industries, Ltd.; Takeda Vitamin Food USA Inc.; and Eisai Co., Ltd. ("Defendants") stipulate and agree to the dismissal, with prejudice, of Plaintiff s claims in the above-captioned lawsuit against Defendants. This dismissal is without prejudice to Plaintiffs claims against any other Defendants or alleged co-conspirators in the above captioned case.

SO ORDERED
