ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANTS TAKEDA VITAMIN FOOD USA, INC., TAKEDA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, LTD., AND TAKEDA CHEMICAL PRODUCTS U.S.A., INC. WITH PREJUDICE


This matter being presented to the Court in connection with the unopposed American Home Products Corporation's Motion to Dismiss Defendants Takeda Vitamin Food USA, Inc., Takeda Chemical Industries, Ltd., and Takeda Chemical Products U.S.A., Inc. with Prejudice, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the First Amended Complaint in this action is dismissed with prejudice solely against defendants Takeda Vitamin Food USA, Inc., Takeda Chemical Industries, Ltd., and Takeda Chemical Products U.S.A., Inc. This Order is without prejudice to AHP's rights or claims against any other defendant in this litigation.
