THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on certain Defendants Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service of Process, Failure to Prosecute and Failure to State a Claim, due notice having been given and the Court being fully advised, it is this 2 day of October 2002:

ORDERED that the motion be and hereby is GRANTED, and it is further

ORDERED that plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED with prejudice.
