ORDER

THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on certain Defendants Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute and Insufficient Service of Process, due notice having been given and the Court being fully advised, it is this 2 day of October, 2002.

ORDERED that the motion be and hereby is GRANTED, and it is further

ORDERED that plaintiffs' claims are DISMISSED with prejudice.
