RE: January Status Conference Motions in Limine Hearing

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to reschedule two proceedings for this week. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that:

1. The January 15. 2003 Status Conference and Pretrial Conference is cancelled. The Court will hold a brief Status Conference on Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. All Counsel may participate via telephone. Parties shall make appropriate arrangements for the conference call and provide the information to the Courtroom Deputy.

2. The January 16. 2003 Hearing on the motions in limine is continued until Tuesday, January 28, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.

3. The January 15. 2003 Fairness Hearing on the Class Settlement shall proceed as scheduled at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 8.
