ORDER Re: Review of Jury Questionnaires


The Court is currently in the process of reviewing and ruling on preliminary jury questionnaires of potential jurors in this trial set for May 28, 2003. In order to facilitate the review of these rulings, it is hereby

ORDERED that parties submit a joint list of the email addresses of counsel who wish to be notified when a batch of preliminary jury questionnaires is ready to be reviewed. The list should be submitted via email to the law clerk of the undersigned on or before April 11, 2003. It is further hereby

ORDERED that parties will have until close of business the day following notification to review, and if necessary, to object to the rulings of the Court on the requests of potential jurors to be excused from the trial in this case so that excused potential jurors may be timely notified. Parties are not obligated to review theses rulings. Should parties wish to review the questionnaires they should notify chambers to make arrangements. The process will continue until the Court has reviewed all preliminary jury questionnaires.
