ORDER TO PAY COSTS INCURRED IN NOTIFYING CHOLINE CHLORIDE AND VITAMIN PRODUCTS CLASSES


Upon Class Plaintiffs' Motion to Pay Costs Incurred in (1) Notifying the Choline Chloride Class of Class Certification and Claim Form; and (2) Notifying the Vitamin Products Class of Class Certification and the Merck Settlement, it is ORDERED that the motion is hereby GRANTED. Class Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel are hereby authorized to pay $66,992.84 from the Akzo, UCB, and Merck Settlement Funds to the relevant vendors.
