ORDER


In consideration of plaintiffs' motion for modification of the Court's Order of April 23, 2003 regarding the Motions Hearing set for May 5, 2003, and the representation that the Mitsui defendants take no position on the motion, it is hereby:

ORDERED that this Court's April 23, 2003 Order is modified to permit two plaintiffs' counsel — one from the direct action plaintiffs and one from the class plaintiffs — to present argument on Motion No. 23. Plaintiffs' combined argument on Motion No. 23 shall be limited to thirty minutes as set forth in the Court's April 23, 2003 Order.

IT IS SO ORDERED
