ORDER


Upon consideration of the Consent Motion of Class Plaintiffs for an extension of time to oppose the Motions of defendants Peter Copland and Patrick Stayner to Stay Discovery, it is hereby ORDERED that Class Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED.

Class Plaintiffs shall file their Opposition to the Motions of defendants Peter Copland and Patrick Stayner to Stay Discovery by January 25, 2002.
