RE: Status Conference and Motions Hearing

It is hereby ORDERED that:

(1) The Status Conference scheduled for April 22, 2003 is continued until April 25, 2003 at 9:30 a.m.;

(2) The Court will hear argument following the Status Conference on April 25, 2003 on:

(a) #23 Motion of Mitsui Co. (U.S.A), Inc. and Mitsui Co., Ltd. for Summary Judgment in Certain Actions;

(b) #25 ConAgra, Inc.'s Motion For Summary Judgment On Claims That It Conspired To Restrain Trade of Choline Chloride, and

#51 Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Against Defendants ConAgra and DuCoa Regarding Their Liability For Participation in the Choline Chloride Component of The Vitamins Antitrust Conspiracy;

(c) #46 UCB Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.

Parties shall be limited to 30 minutes per side for each motion.

(3) The final pretrial conference in the Class choline case to be tried in the District of Columbia shall be held as scheduled on May 7, 2003 at 10 a.m.
