MEMORIALIZING ORDER


In accordance with today's proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that each side shall have three hours to present argument and that the Defendants shall have an additional thirty minutes for rebuttal at the November 21, 2002 hearing; it is farther hereby

ORDERED that parties shall re-affirm their interest as to the possibility of using the mediator identified by the Court for mediation on a case by case basis no later than November 15, 2002; it is further hereby

ORDERED that the Special Master shall post this Order and the accompanying resume of Mr. Roberts Owen on Verilaw.
