ORDER


At the deposition of Kuno Sommer taking place on January 24, 2002, the plaintiffs requested a handwriting exemplar from the witness and counsel for the witness objected to the witness voluntarily providing such an exemplar on Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment grounds. Counsel for plaintiffs, the witness and certain defendants raised this issue with the Special Master, who has referred the matter to this Court.

Upon application of plaintiffs, and the Court having been advised of the positions of the respective parties, the Court hereby directs Kuno Sommer to write in his own hand the numbers, letters and symbols contained in the attached exhibit at his deposition on Friday, January 25, 2002.
