WHEREAS, the unavailability of counsel due to inclement weather this week has affected efforts to finalize a joint proposed preliminary jury questionnaire for cases to be tried in this Court,

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, that the time for the parties to submit a joint proposed preliminary jury questionnaire for cases to be tried in this Court is extended from December 6, 2002 to and including December 11, 2002.
